I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of residential and income producing properties in the San Marcos,  New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, Wimberley, Kyle and Austin Texas areas. I am an MLS member in all of these cities and strive to keep current on all market activities. Personal
I moved to San Marcos with my wife, Barbara, and children over 20 years ago and we've loved living here more than any other place we've called home. I earned a degree in Management from Southwest Texas State University in 1993 and became a Realtor in 1995. I also received an Associate Degree in Building Construction Technology from Texas State Technical Institute in 1971. Like most folks, my children found it hard to move away from San Marcos after getting their education so they all still live here. We really enjoy getting together and bar-b-queing at our home on the beautiful San Marcos River. We like traveling and seeing different parts of the country and also enjoy gardening and home improvement.
